As Ecompex’s Project Supervisor, Nadine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Department of Transportation (DOT) call center contract. She has been providing outstanding service to her customers and through dedication and a strong work ethic; she has proven to be a model employee for providing the ultimate in customer satisfaction. She steps up to the plate and delivers quality work in a timely manner. She works after hours and on weekends to make sure that tasks are properly completed and the hotline is staffed according to the requirements of the contract. She has received verbal acclamations from the COTR and others from Government clients regarding her work ethic, quality of work, and her ability to provide education and technical assistance in a friendly professional manner.
