Encore II Program

Ecompex was recently awarded a subcontract as a team member with COmputing TechnologieS, Inc. (CoTs) in the multi-billion dollar ENCORE-II program. This is an IDIQ contract that will assist the government by providing net-centric solutions, including network engineering, analysis and support for the acquisition, installation, fielding, training, operation and life-cycle management of components and systems in the operational environments of Combatant Commands and their subordinate components, the military services, Defense agencies, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Federal agencies. With twenty possible task areas, this contracting vehicle provides a comprehensive template for the contracting of all life-cycle phases of net-centric solutions. Contract base with options extends through ten years.

The Encore II contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other Federal agencies having similar Information Technology (IT) migration and integration needs. The Encore II contracts represent an ongoing expansion of the Defense Information System Agency’s (DISA) Defense Enterprise Information Services (DEIS) I and DEIS II contracts, and Encore follow-on contracts.
