Ecompex has expanded its GSA Schedule 70 contract for
IT services to include our unique and highly successful jDocXpt® and jDocMax® software
products. This contract extends to June 2011.

Ecompex continues to win new tasks on our contracts with the Department
of Transportation. Recent tasks include document conversion and records archiving for the Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Office of the Inspector General, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration and the Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Ecompex was recently awarded another 3 year term to assist the
Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) Government National Mortgage Association “GINNIE MAE” records management program in document imaging and vital records services. Ecompex also provides continuing input to the development of Ginnie Mae”s
Document Management Program.

Ecompex’s services in rescuing, cleaning and scanning Hurricane Katrina water
damaged records for the Bureau of Prisons in Texas, were so
valued that the Headquarters Office in D.C. has awarded us a contract to provide
ongoing records advisory services throughout the bureau.
Ecompex is providing critical document scanning and indexing services for the Joint Services Records Research Center. This program provides for the digitization and indexing of millions historical military records from the Korean and Vietnam War eras. Ecompex is converting roll microfilm, microfiche as well as paper documents.
